Spicy Veggie Chicken Salad

I got this recipie off of the Ana Recipies on Live Journal. If you have an LJ you should deffinatly check them out.

1 Quorn fillet (50 cals)
Lettuce leaves (30 cals)
Tomato, sliced (30 cals)
Carrot, grated (30 cals)
1 tsp sunflower oil (10 cals)
1 tsp ground pepper
1 drop chili sauce
Prepare the salad and arrange on plate. Lightly fry the Quorn fillet and add the pepper and chili sauce, so that the Quorn is completely covered. Cut into strips, scatter on the salad, and serve.
Total- 150 calories. Plus it has protien and iron and very low fat.
