I have seen this diet mentioned on so many pro-ana boards and boards like it. Some girls said it has worked awesome for them while others have said they gained most of the weight back as soon as they got off the diet and ate other foods. I myself have never tried it so I have no idea if it works or not. You’ll have to find out for yourself. I have also seen slight variations w/ this diet so you might find something slightly different on other sites.
HISTORY: A physician at the
PURPOSE:Cleansing and weight loss. This 7 day eating plan can be used as often as you like. It is reported that, if followed correctly, it will clean your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being you never thought possible. After seven days of this process you may expect to feel lighter and have an abundance of energy. Continue this plan for as long as you like, (though it is probably better to use it every other week and modify your regular eating habits on the week you are not on this plan.)
FIRST DAY: Your first day will consist of all the fruits you want, except bananas. For those who like melon, two fruits that are lower in cals than most other fruits are watermelon and cantaloupe. Should you eat the melon, your chances of losing 3 pounds the first day are great.
DAY 2: All vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with all fresh or raw veges of your choice. Eat green leafy vegetables. Stay away from dry beans, peas and corn (these are seeds not vegetables). You may also have a large baked potatoe with butter on your all vege day.
DAY 3: Fruits and vegetables. Same as Day 1 and Day 2 except NO potatoe.
DAY 4: Eat up to six bananas and all the skim milk you want
DAY 5: You can have 10-20 ounces of beef and 6 tomatoes on this day. Drink at least 8 8oz glasses of clean water.
DAY 6: Eat to your hearts content with beef and vegetables. NO POTATOE!
DAY 7: Brown rice, fruit juice (unsweetened ) and vegetables.
RECIPIE FOR SOUP; PURPOSE: A primary food during the scared heart diet. This soup you can eat any time when you feel hungry during the day. Eat as much of it and as often as you like.
INGREDIENTS: Six large onions, two green peppers, six lbs of whole tomatoes, one large head of cabbage, one stalk of celery, season with bernand Jensens broth or seasoning. Cut veges and cover with clean water in large pot. Boil for 10 minutes. Cover, lower heat and simmer until veggies are soft.
OTHER INSTRUCTIONS: Drink at least 4 galsses of water or diet soda a day You may drink all the soup you want You can add herbs, salt, pepper, diet sugar, lemon, vinegar, soy sauce and mustard to your foods. Take herbal appetite suppressants mid morning and mid afternoon.
