Again another one of those things that sounds too good to be true. I live in a college dorm so I’m unable to try this out. I love pasta but I don’t think you can lose 3-4 lbs in two days like this diet claims.
Day One
Breakfast: 4 scrambled egg whites and ¼ cup of mushrooms + 1 slice of low calorie bread + coffee or tea.
Lunch: 1 cup of cold pasta mixed with 2 ounces of tuna and 1 tbs of low fat dressing + 1 teaspoon of grated cheese + a diet beverage
Dinner: 1 ½ cups of spaghetti topped with ½ cup tomato sauce and 1 ounce of browned meat (whatever that means) + 1 teaspoon of grated cheese + coffee, tea, or ice water.
Day Two
Breakfast: ½ cup low fat cottage cheese with ½ cup of pineapple + 1 slice of low calorie bread + coffee or tea.
Lunch: 1 cup of egg noodles mixed with 1 ounce of chopped chicken, 1 ounce of skim mozzarella cheese, one cup of cooked spinach + a diet beverage.
Dinner: 1 ½ cups macaroni mixed with 2 ounces of low fat melted cheddar cheese + mixed green salad with 1 tbs. of balsamic vinegar + coffee, tea, or ice water.
