Breakfast: 2 Egg Whites; 1 Scoop of Protein Powder mixed with Water.

Lunch: 4oz. Chicken, Mixed Greens, 1c. Orange Juice.

Dinner: 4oz. Fish, Steamed Veggies.

Dessert: Fruit

1 Hour Weight training, 90 Minutes of High Impact Cardio. Per day.
