What exactly is a negative calorie food? Negative calorie foods are those that "suposedly" take more calories to burn then the actual food has. This is why you'll see a lot of people with eating disorders eat a lot of these cause that is what has been passed around. Is there such thing as a negative calorie food? Some medical sites say yes and others no, it's all up to you to decide really. But then, it would be better to "binge" a cumber then a slice of pizza.
