Russian Gymnast Diet

This is the Russian Gymnasts Diet.  It is said that anyone on this diet for 5-7 days can lose between 4lbs-11lbs.

Breakfast: Glass of either Orange or Apple Juice.

Lunch: Fruit Salad (made with Kiwi,Orange, Pineapple, and peeled apples)
          Glass of Fruit Juice (from one the above fruits)

Dinner: Glass of non Carbonated water (or just plain water)
Green Apple
