Fasting and calorie restriction will deffinatly help you lose the weight. But in order to tone up and keep your metabolism from shutting down completly you need to excercise! I myself am a bit of a compulsive excerciser but thats how i get rid of my unwanted calories. *i could never bring myself to purging* So to help you guys out i've been looking around for different excercise plans to suit everyone's needs. And it sucks to say it but you CAN NOT spot reduce. What can do is workout the part of the body you want to slim down and then do some kind of cardio to burn the fat.

I am a college student so updates might be slow but i'm always looking for something new tos hare with ya'll.
