1/4 Eggbeaters or similar product (35 cal)
1 wedge Laughing Cow light cheese (35 cal)
2 slices of light bread (70 cal)
PAM (0cals)
Instructions:
- Put the bread and toast in a toaster or toaster oven.
- Set out the Laughing Cow cheese so it will get soft.
- Spray a small frying pan with the PAM, put on a med-high burner.
- When hot, add Eggbeaters and scramble them, adding the laughing cow cheese when the eggs are solid enough.
- You can add salt & pepper if you like that, dill is good too. Place on the bread and enjoy! (140 cals and not very much fat)
