Ok. Now this isn't really a diet. ANd i know that there are plenty of foods out there that are lower in calories then baby food. This is pretty much for those that want to get a hold of the whole portion control thing. *Which is something a lot of people need to be doing actually*
Most cans of baby food are around 60-80 calories. One serving of baby food oatmeal is about 60 calories. They also have these cereal like things that come in a cylander that look like cereal but melt in your mouth. 80 of those pieces are around 25 calories. Just look in the baby food aisle and you'll see many other types of food that are fairly decent calorie wise.
So what does this "diet" entail? What i usually do when i'm using this plan is have a serving of babyfood oatmeal and a serving of those cereal/melt in your mouth things. For lunch i'll have a small can of baby food and for dinner i'll usually have one of the lil heatable bowls of raviolies. *its only 70 calories for one of those cups*
So there you go. Not much to it. Just tell yourself thats all your gonna have and stick to it.
